EdTechXperts was founded by Brandon Smith, a seasoned leader with over 20 years of experience in higher education and educational technology. Brandon has served as both a university administrator and an executive leader in the EdTech space, giving him a unique perspective on the needs of institutions and solution providers alike.

Currently, Brandon is the President & COO of Enflux, a leading EdTech SaaS company. He also works as a fractional executive, board member, and advisor to several startups and established companies across the EdTech and SaaS industries.

Brandon launched EdTechXperts to fill a gap he noticed over the years—authentic, actionable content that serves both EdTech buyers and vendors. Frustrated by the lack of practical insights and product-focused conversations, he created a curated newsletter to bring together real voices, expert opinions, and product intelligence from across the EdTech ecosystem—all in one place.
